Russell Scenic Highway, you will be required to either hike or take a shuttle to the peak of the mountain to look down upon the world. The springtime air will offer the perfect conditions for enjoying a leisurely (and free!) hike to the peak of Brasstown Bald where you will be able to see four states at once: Georgia, Tennessee, North Carolina, and South Carolina.
