Booking and Payment
Full payment is required before the day of booking. We accept major credit cards and online payment methods.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made 10 days before the check-in date will receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 30 days of the check-in date will forfeit the full payment.
Check-In/Check-Out
Check-in is at 3:00 PM, and check-out is at 11:00 AM. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
Occupancy
Each cabin has a maximum occupancy limit. Exceeding this limit is not permitted and may result in additional fees or eviction.
Pets:
Pets are only allowed in designated pet-friendly cabins with prior approval. Additional pet fees apply.
No Smoking:
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside all cabins. A cleaning fee will be charged for any violations.
Damages
Guests are responsible for any damages to the property or its contents during their stay. Charges for damages will be applied to the credit card on file.
Noise and Disturbance
Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Please respect our neighbors and other guests by keeping noise to a minimum.
Safety and Liability
Guests must adhere to all safety guidelines provided. Cedar Creek Cabin Rentals is not liable for any injuries, accidents, or losses during your stay.
Amenities and Services
While we strive to ensure all amenities are in working order, there may be occasional maintenance issues. Please report any problems to us promptly, and we will address them as soon as possible.
Weather and Natural Events
Cedar Creek Cabin Rentals is not responsible for weather conditions, road closures, or natural events that may affect your stay. No refunds will be given for these occurrences.
Use of our Cabins
The rental property is to be used for vacation purposes only. Any commercial activities, parties, or events require prior approval.
