Tom Telford holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Florida and taps into his engineering education and analytical skills to get underneath the hood of what makes website visitors and search engines tick. 

With more than 10 years in the cabin rentals management field, Tom Telford has been leading the online marketing efforts and business development growth as Cedar Creek Cabin Rentals and Cedar Creek Development’s CEO since 2006.  Tom's primary focus is to ensure that all of our clients have ultimate customer experience. He has spent 20 years in sales, always exploring new media and new techniques to grow his business base, leveraging social media and internet marketing to keep the communication and connections created with his clientele.

Her goals are to work with our customers to help them with cabin selection and to ensure a smooth flow so to getting to and in their cabin. She strives ensuring that every guest is happy in any situation and always looks for ways to provide excellent customer service in a timely manner.  One of the things that she enjoys the most working for Cedar Creek is their understanding of the meaning of family and community.

headshot CCCR staff   bobCedar Creek Cabin Rentals’ maintenance and cleaning department was established with the fundamental role of providing quality repairs and maintenance services to all Cedar Creek Cabins as well as a freshly clean cabin to be enjoyed by our guests.

Bob Wagemaker of WageXpress has been working with Cedar Creek Cabins since 2010 and has nearly 50 on his staff to meet the cleaning and maintenance demands. He enjoys the opportunity to contribute to the guests’ ultimate experience.  He organizes and delivers Cedar Creek Cabin Rentals’ requests and thrives being at the top of the heap and still finding ways to raise the bar, troubleshooting and providing options for the cabins’ guests and partners alike.  Bob wants "all of our guests to enjoy their stay and to call us if they feel there is something that requires attention.  Our team strives on responding timely to any of our guests needs."

headshot CCCR staff   jennJennifer Guinn started with Cedar Creek Cabin Rentals in 2011 with responsibilities including, but are not limited to, customer service via phone, email, fax and text (sometimes).  She is responsible for filing all damage claims, ordering supplies, orders and invoices for property management.  She is also in the process of transitioning into sales support, taking over responsibilities which include managing Cedar Creek’s reservation platform to process leads, deposits, recalculate charges for special requests, taking payments, refunds, and owner statements.  Lastly, Jennifer also is part of the team that contributes to Facebook/Google+ online presence. One of the things she likes best about being part of Cedar Creek Cabin Rentals is the professionalism of the staff and the family-like atmosphere and great team work.
